How to Delete 200,000 Emails from Gmail

How to Delete 200,000 Emails from Gmail

Are you looking to clean your Gmail inbox? Are most websites not helping you? Fear not! There is a simple and quick solution. I’ve detailed it here for you below: 1. Open your Internet Browser (Google Chrome), head to Gmail, and sign into your account. 2. Next visit the Show search options arrow up top in the search bar, click Create a filter.   3. In the “Has the words” text field, type before:2015/01/01 or your preferred date. That is an example date; the goal here is to delete all messages received prior to January 1 of last year. You can use any date you want, as long as it conforms to the format YYYY/MM/DD. 4. Click the blue Search Mail Button or blue Create Filter with this Search Text Hyperlink   5. Then make sure your screen looks like this:     6. Check the box that has a small arrow next to it, it should mark approx 50 conversations below. You can now see in the dead center of the page a tiny hyperlink for Select All Conversations That Match This Search. (Tip: If you want to preserve your email while still getting it out of your inbox, choose to skip the inbox (Archive it) instead.) You can click that option: “Select All Conversations That Match This Search“   7. Click the Trash Can Button to Delete your Emails!  Depending on how many messages meet the filter criteria, the deletion process may take a minute or longer. If it crashes please repeat this process with a different date filter that might lessen the amount you delete at one time Just make sure you really want to permanently delete all that email....
Fallout 4: A Settler’s Guide from the Lone Wanderer to Dovahkiin

Fallout 4: A Settler’s Guide from the Lone Wanderer to Dovahkiin

For the last few years I have been a big fan of the game studio Bethesda. They have made some incredible video games that embody the true spirit of Open World gaming. It all started with the game Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim which is a truly incredible game that takes you back into a foreign Nordic realm with kings and armies, wizards and dragons and even homesteads. Yes, in this game you could build a home in the middle of a forest that neighbored a Giant camp and overlooked a river. With the lack of true sequel for console gamers to this installment by Bethesda, I turned to their Fallout series. Bethesda created Fallout to emulate what the United States would look like after a nuclear fallout. In this unfriendly apocalyptic wasteland world you need to look in the most unlikeliest of places in order to succeed. This post will act as a guide to new Fallout Players, (like me) who want to get the most out of Fallout 4. I want to point out one of my favorite new features in Fallout that this post will be addressing is settlements. Settlements in Fallout are just incredible! You get to build your own town! From scratch! Think grown up Legos, or Minecraft in full pixel glory. What’s more there are islands that can be built into full-scale metropolises. With that in mind, here are some tips, tricks and videos: First An awesome 50 Tips video by Youtuber Jug on buildings: Below I will add some answers to common questions in Fallout for new players and YOU can comment on this post...
The Dos Toros Experience

The Dos Toros Experience

For years, burritos have been a staple lunch food for me. Ever since I started college in 2010 I became attached to the thought of rice, beans, meat, veggies and cheese wrapped in thin doughy-wrap. The mix of these 5 key ingredients is part of what makes the burrito so special. It is also the experience around which we eat a burrito which brings sweet thoughts of the food to mind. I started eating Chipotle with friends while attending Hofstra University. Then it became a place to get a quick bite in NYC, along with the occasional pizza hole in wall. Chipotle still holds a place in my heart as a place where cool ideas for my future endeavors spawned. A friend of mine named Maxx had the fantastic idea of starting a Millenial Startups club while we were eating at a Chipotle, like a support group for Millenials starting their own companies. We actually tried it out! It went great at first, but that’ll be another blog post. No need to go on a longer tangent here. Back to burritos… Well, Chipotle is unique for their seasonings. They do a great  job with adding lime and cilantro to the rice, in particular the white rice mix is sublime. I like cilantro and, lime and salt together the flavor is rich and can best described as rice that has a fresh flavor to it. One mistake they make at Chipotle, which in my eyes is not totally forgivable is not making sure they have consistent salt in their food. At many Chipotle locations where I’ve had Chipotle food there...
Banana Oreo Milkshake + Bonus: Dirty Banana Cafe Allemand Drink Recipe

Banana Oreo Milkshake + Bonus: Dirty Banana Cafe Allemand Drink Recipe

One morning I was feeling like I wanted make something awesome. You know what is an awesome breakfast beverage? Milkshakes!!! I’ve also included a bonus drink recipe for those interested in a cool milkshake spinoff:  So I made a sweet banana shake: Here is the recipe: Makes 5-6 servings. Ingridients: 3 bananas ( organic and nonorganic ) 2 tsp of maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 4 cups milk Optional: 1-2 scoops of Vanilla Ice cream Directions: Put all ingredients in the blender in this order: bananas, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract With the cap on the blender, blend the ingredients on the puree setting for smooth or mix setting for chunky. Pour into spare glass bottle for storage. It will brown, but flavor is enhanced if it sits for one day. — Next step get a large glass mug and add 2 scoops of your favorite Oreo and Vanilla Ice cream. For this example I used Cookies and Cream by HagenDaz. Then pour roughly 1/4 cup of milk over it. You can eyeball this measure. Mix together those ingredients until you have a milk and ice-cream Oreo piece mix. Next grab your cold banana shake from the fridge and pour roughly 3/4 cup over the top. Mix that with a spoon and there you have it! An awesome Banana Milk Oreo Shake. Add ice if you want it to be colder, or add Kahlua Liqueur, Cacao Liqueur and Amaretto to make a Cafe Allemand Drink. That recipe is below: The Dirty Banana + Cafe Allemand: A spin on two great drinks combined as one drink, the Dirty Banana drink I tried while I was visiting Jamaica and...
Morning Bike Ride

Morning Bike Ride

One morning, I woke up early, 5:30am and got back into my new daily routine. Biking. Biking every morning along the Long Beach Boardwalk. That day was slightly different because I was feeling inspired. I bike better when I’m feeling inspired. I was inspired by a meetup group that talked about blogging. The meetup group helped me to understand that blogging is more about personal experiences and life events than simply writing a news post or giving people the facts. Getting back to my blog… So that morning was different because I felt inspired to write about my biking experience. In that way I’d say it’s easy to look at this post as a fresh look at my daily morning routine. This new biking routine that I started, was meant to change how I got my daily exercise. Yet it’s opposite of a habit. Like I have a habit to look at my iPhone notifications every morning lol. ? This routine, hopefully it will become a habit. Unlike checking my iPhone in the morning, I feel like it benefits me throughout the day. This early dose of exercise makes me more energetic during the day. I end up feeling refreshed after every biking workout, it’s a great alternative to relying on something like coffee to wake me up in the morning (and I’m not a coffee drinker lol, so I kinda have to do this). The bike ride starts like this. I go to the shed, my shed is getting a bit old, just getting the bike out can be a hastle. As the bottom of the door is...
